1. New form input

Start directly

The web form can directly be started by pressing the corresponding buttons (e.g. Invoice, Credit note). In case a template file from a previous session is present use the section "Start with template file" to avoid entering recurring data.

Start with template file

An XML template file that is stored on your system can be selected and uploaded. The web form will be pre-filled with the data provided in the template. Hence recurring input of similar data can be avoided. Only files saved from the web form (*.erb) or files in another supported XML format (Details on supported formats) can be used as templates. If no template file is present use the "Start directly" section.
The document type to be used depends on the chosen template. It can be changed and than overrules the document type of the template.
